Things To Need:
Water: two Cups
Turmeric: Half teaspoon
Ginger: two pieces(Medium size)
Pour water into Pan:
Add turmeric powder and ginger.
Boil at least five minutes:
Strain your tea and enjoy. You can add 1 teaspoon honey to enhance flavor. If you do not have turmeric powder you can also use one-inch turmeric root.

Things To Need.
Warm milk: one glass
Turmeric: Half teaspoon.
Mix turmeric powder in milk thoroughly.
Prepare and drink half an hour before sleep.

Turmeric powder: Half teaspoon
Water two cups
Honey: one teaspoon
Turmeric powder and water boil at least five minutes.
Pour turmeric water into a cup.
Squeeze a lemon and add one teaspoon of honey.
