Sharing with you all how I lost 3-4 KGs in just 20 days. What diet plan & food routine did I follow to loose weight quickly. I share with you all my daily weight loss diet plan from morning to evening – starting with morning healthy drink, high-fibre breakfast, mid-morning healthy snacks, healthy lunch, mid-evening snacks with tea/coffee & light dinner to fulfil our daily nutrition requirement.
